James BradburneGeneral Director Brera
Bradburne says he wants to make the Brera “the coolest place for the Milanese to come”. Born in Toronto in 1955, and landed in London at the Architectural Association School of Architecture, had a flourishing career and now sits on numerous and prestigious Advisory Committees and Museum Boards around the EU. The Brera’s recently appointed boss appears to have fitted in well to his new surroundings, in Italy’s fashion capital (for example he commissioned new uniforms for the museum staff by fashion house Trussardi). He is renowned for being driven by a strong creative ambition. His vision will definitely have an impact on the visitor’s experience in Brera.
